Claudette Noremia Duclos, a 30-year-old woman, tragically lost her life on September 22, 2016, in Forest Park, Georgia. The incident occurred just before 11:00 p.m. when police responded to a 911 call reporting gunshots. Upon arrival, officers found Claudette Noremia Duclos and an unidentified male victim suffering from gunshot wounds.
