On a cold January night in Baltimore, the laundry room of an apartment complex on Gwynns Falls Parkway became a scene of violence that claimed the life of 22-year-old Marvin Kelly. On January 9, 2011, Kelly, a Black male, was fatally shot in what was reported as a double shooting.
