Death by Force

Deandre Phillips, a 24-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on January 26, 2017, by Atlanta Police officer Yasin Abdulahad. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Atlanta Public Safety Annex on Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway.
