Terry Tolbert, a 38-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on May 21, 2017, in Atlanta, Georgia. The incident occurred around 1:40 a.m. on Fairburn Road SW, where Tolbert was shot twice in the face and three times in the chest. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
