Qualeef Rhodes, a 17-year-old African American male, was tragically found shot to death on June 4, 2017, along Bells Ferry Road in Bartow County, Georgia. The investigation into his death revealed that he was a victim of gang-related violence. Rhodes' body was discovered in a remote area, and the circumstances surrounding his death pointed to a targeted attack by members of the 135 Pirus gang, a street gang with origins in Compton, California, that had established a presence in North Georgia.
