Jeffrey Alexander, aged 33, was the victim of a homicide that occurred on February 26, 1991, in Columbus, Ohio. The incident took place near the intersection of 23rd and Cleveland Avenue in Franklin County. Alexander sustained a fatal gunshot wound, leading to his death on the same day.
