Heather Smith, a 24-year-old woman from Social Circle, Georgia, was tragically killed on August 20, 2017, during a shooting incident. The shooting occurred around 2 p.m. in the area of Ronthor Drive and Tower Road. Heather Smith was pronounced dead at the scene, while another victim, Quantavious Banks, a 26-year-old man, was transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
