On May 15, 2020, Jaymie Whitlock, a 32-year-old female from Social Circle, Georgia, was tragically found dead alongside James Robert Evans, a 27-year-old male. Both victims were discovered with apparent gunshot wounds on Thurman Baccus Road in Social Circle. The investigation revealed that Whitlock and Evans were taken from a residence in Monroe, Georgia, and driven to the location where they were ultimately shot to death.
