Paul David Archer, a 57-year-old white male from Cartersville, Georgia, was tragically killed on May 17, 2018. The incident occurred during a double shooting at a residence on Franklin Drive in Cartersville. Archer was visiting a neighbor when the shooting took place. The Bartow County Coroner, Joel Guyton, confirmed that Archer died at the scene. The other male victim, whose name has not been released, survived the shooting and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
