On July 26, 2011, Billy Rae Lovitt, aged 58, was found dead along with two others at a row home on Nicholas Avenue in Baltimore. Initially, authorities believed the deaths were a result of a fire, but upon further investigation, it became evident that Lovitt and the others were victims of a triple homicide. The details surrounding the crime revealed a more sinister origin than just an accidental fire, as the cause of death pointed to homicide.
