Dymtrias Smith, a 24-year-old African American woman, was found dead on September 25, 2018, in Rincon, Georgia. Her body was discovered in a wooded area behind Ms. Jean’s Restaurant on Lisa Street. The discovery was made by employees of the restaurant during their lunch break. Smith, who was known as "Meechie" to her friends and family, was found with a white cloth over her eyes, indicating she was brought to the location alive and subsequently murdered there.
