Brian S. Seaman, a 46-year-old white male, was found dead on November 9, 2018, in Newington, Georgia. The tragic incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. on Pine Needle Circle. Law enforcement officers responded to a report of a shooting and discovered Brian Seaman inside his home with multiple gunshot wounds.
