Luther F. Harter, a 60-year-old male from Jesup, Georgia, tragically lost his life on November 20, 2018. The incident occurred on Penholloway Road, where deputies from the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shooting around 5:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Luther F.
