Iseir George, an 18-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on December 21, 2018, in Jonesboro, Georgia. Iseir was home from Albany State University for the winter break when the incident occurred. On the night of his death, Iseir received a phone call from Dakari Tolbert, a 24-year-old male, who asked him to come outside.
