On February 17, 2019, 45-year-old Johnathan Liddell, an African American male from Lithia Springs, GA, was tragically shot and killed in the parking lot of a Walmart store. The incident occurred shortly before 1 p.m. when officers responded to the scene and found Liddell dead in his car from a gunshot wound.
