Olen Hancock, a 68-year-old white male veteran from Alpharetta, Georgia, tragically died by suicide on April 6, 2019, outside the Atlanta VA Medical Center in Decatur, Georgia. On that day, Hancock was observed pacing in the lobby of the medical center before he went outside and shot himself.
