Jerrle Anthony McNeil, a 19-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 17, 2019, in Springfield, Georgia. The incident occurred at a residence on the 100 block of Kildee Lane, where deputies from the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office (ECSO) responded to a reported shooting.
