Death by Force

On February 29, 2012, Oswaldo Neal Santana, aged 24, was found fatally shot in the 4700 block of Windsor Mill Road near Leakin Park, Baltimore. Santana was discovered near the entrance to the Carrie Murray Nature Center, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Authorities received reports of a shooting late that evening and found Santana still alive but gravely injured; he was later pronounced dead.
