William Ryan Ray, a 30-year-old Caucasian male, tragically lost his life on April 5, 2020, in Jackson, Georgia. The incident occurred near a pool in the Jackson Glenn subdivision, where several children were playing. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots, and Ray was found dead at the scene. The Butts County Sheriff's Office identified Cody Brice Matthews, a 20-year-old male, as the primary suspect in the shooting.
