Devere Blake, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 11, 2020, in Kennesaw, Georgia. The incident occurred at an apartment complex off George Busbee Parkway around 10:19 p.m. Blake was found with a gunshot wound to his neck and was pronounced dead at the scene.
