In the quiet evening of November 1, 2020, in Albany, Georgia, the life of 25-year-old Tony Joshell Moses, a male, was tragically cut short. He was in his yard on South Jackson Street when he became the victim of a drive-by shooting. Struck by a single bullet to his upper body, Moses managed to make his way inside his residence, where he collapsed.
