Rosanna Denise Smith, a 32-year-old African American woman from Thomaston, Georgia, tragically lost her life on May 23, 2021. Known affectionately by her family and friends as "Wacky" due to her playful personality, Rosanna was found shot to death in her home. The Thomaston Police Department responded to a welfare check at her residence, where they discovered her body with multiple gunshot wounds.
