Javarr Daniel Nelson, a 40-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 1, 2021, in Folkston, Georgia. Born on March 27, 1981, in Miami, Florida, Javarr moved to Folkston in the late 1980s, where he completed his education and became an active member of the community. He was employed at the State Line Bark & Mulch Mill and was a member of Pinckney Chapel United Methodist Church. Javarr's untimely death has left a significant void in the lives of his family and friends.
