Isabelle Mildred Bess Brown, a 55-year-old white female, tragically died on August 4, 2021, in Townsend, Georgia. Known affectionately as "Bess," she was discovered deceased at her home alongside her husband, Theodore "Teddy" Wolfes, 54, in what authorities have confirmed as a murder-suicide.
