Charles Robert Brown, a 69-year-old Caucasian male, tragically passed away on July 17, 2022, in Buena Vista, Georgia. His death was part of a horrific incident that also claimed the lives of his sister, Paula Kelly, aged 65, and her pregnant granddaughter, Lara Bullard, aged 23.
