On August 25, 2013, 27-year-old Brandon Darrell Thompson was shot multiple times in the 4000 block of Norfolk Avenue, Baltimore. Reports indicated that Thompson was shot a staggering 18 times, which suggests an intentional, targeted attack. He was found in the street after the shooting, and emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene.
