Charles Edmund Carskaddon Jr., a 40-year-old white male, was tragically murdered on June 3, 1990, in Pasco County, Florida. His body was discovered on June 6, 1990, in a secluded area, covered by an electric blanket and a large amount of uprooted tall grass.
