Peter Abraham Siems, a 65-year-old retired merchant seaman, was last seen in early June 1990 when he left Jupiter, Florida, for New Jersey. His car was discovered on July 4, 1990, in Orange Springs, Marion County, Florida. Despite extensive searches, Siems' body has never been found. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance and presumed death are linked to the notorious serial killer Aileen Wuornos.
