Charles Richard Dick Humphreys

Charles Richard "Dick" Humphreys, a 56-year-old white male, was found dead on September 12, 1990, in Marion County, Florida. Humphreys, a retired Air Force major, former police chief, and Florida state child abuse investigator, was discovered fully clothed with multiple gunshot wounds to the head and torso.
