Joseph Timothy Clifford, aged 37, tragically lost his life on February 9, 1996, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Clifford was one of the victims in a mass shooting incident that occurred at a municipal trailer used by the city's beach maintenance crew. The perpetrator, Clifton McCree, a former employee of the beach maintenance team, carried out the attack.
