Vincent Holloman, a 40-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on October 22, 2016, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The incident occurred at approximately 2:10 p.m. at an apartment building located at 720 Harris Terrace, just west of Fort Lauderdale.
