On October 31, 2013, Michael Anthony Carter, age 24, was one of the victims of a double homicide in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred in the 2000 block of Kennedy Avenue, near Cecil Elementary School in East Baltimore’s Midway neighborhood.
