On January 23, 2010, the upscale equestrian community of Wellington, Florida, was shaken by a tragic event. Eric Jacobson, a 7-year-old boy, was found dead alongside his twin brother, Joshua, and their mother, Franki Jacobson. The perpetrator of this heinous crime was Neal Jacobson, Eric's father. Neal Jacobson, who had been a successful mortgage broker, shot and killed his wife and twin sons in the early hours of the morning, just hours before the boys' 7th birthday party.
