Shihab Mahmud, a 22-year-old male of Bangladeshi descent, tragically lost his life on May 30, 2014, in Wellington, Florida. Mahmud had moved to the United States in 2013, pursuing the American dream and studying computer science at Palm Beach State College. To support his studies, he worked the night shift as a clerk at a Chevron gas station in the Wellington Town Square shopping mall.
