David James, a 41-year-old retired Air Force veteran, tragically lost his life on September 26, 2010, in Valrico, Florida. The incident occurred during a dispute at a community park in the Twin Lakes subdivision. James, who had served in Iraq and worked with Special Forces, was shot during an argument over the use of a basketball court.
