On January 27, 2011, 13-year-old Beau Schenecker and his 16-year-old sister, Calyx, were tragically found dead in their home in Tampa, Florida. The siblings were victims of a horrific double murder committed by their mother, Julie Powers Schenecker. Beau was discovered in the family’s SUV in the garage, while Calyx was found in her bedroom.
