Natasha Plummer, a 25-year-old African American woman, was tragically murdered on January 15, 2012, in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. Alongside her, her 6-month-old son, Carlton Stringer Jr., and her 21-year-old roommate, Octavia Barnett, were also found dead in their apartment. The discovery was made by a friend who went to check on them after not hearing from them for some time. The Broward Sheriff's Office confirmed that all three victims had been shot to death.
