Thomas Eugene Schadowsky, a 46-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on February 8, 2013, in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident occurred following a confrontation at a Gate gas station on Dunn Avenue near Interstate 295. Schadowsky was shot in the chest during an argument with Isreal Kevin Williams, a 42-year-old black male, who was later convicted of second-degree murder.
