David Bernard II, an 18-year-old from Riverview, FL, tragically lost his life on July 16, 2013. On that fateful evening, David was outside his apartment at the Polos at Brandon Apartment Complex, located at 10303 Marsh Harbor Way. After returning from the public trash receptacle, he was approached by two unknown black males. The encounter quickly turned violent, resulting in David being fatally shot.
