Joey Delancey Jr., a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on January 22, 2014, in Miramar, Florida. The incident occurred around 9 a.m. in the driveway of a home near County Line Road and NW 2nd Avenue. Joey was visiting a friend when he was confronted by individuals in a red car.
