Dr. James R. Hoover, a respected dentist and community leader in Plant City, Florida, passed away on February 10, 2014, at the age of 72. Born on December 30, 1941, Dr. Hoover was a graduate of Plant City High School, the University of Florida, and the University of Maryland Dental School.
