Dr. James R. Hoover, a respected dentist and community leader in Plant City, Florida, passed away on February 10, 2014, at the age of 72. Born on December 30, 1941, Dr. Hoover was a graduate of Plant City High School, the University of Florida, and the University of Maryland Dental School. He dedicated his life to serving his community, practicing dentistry in Plant City since 1968. Dr. Hoover was also a City Commissioner from 1978 to 1982 and was deeply involved in his local churches, teaching ...
