Dr. James R. Hoover, a respected dentist and community leader in Plant City, Florida, passed away on February 10, 2014, at the age of 72. Born on December 30, 1941, Dr. Hoover was a graduate of Plant City High School, the University of Florida, and the University of Maryland Dental School. He dedicated his life to serving his community, practicing dentistry in Plant City since 1968.
