Herchel Belizaire, a 22-year-old resident of Miami, Florida, tragically lost his life on March 19, 2014, as a result of a shooting incident. The incident occurred at a park located at 100 N.W. 83rd Street in Miami. On that fateful day, Belizaire, along with two other victims, Keimouria Gardner and Willie Williamson, were present at the park when the shooting took place.
