Carla Yesmi Eusebio Deogracia, aged 22, tragically lost her life on April 1, 2014, in Hollywood, Florida. The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. when Carla was picking up her child from a babysitter. She was shot multiple times in what was later identified as an attempted murder-suicide. Witnesses reported hearing three gunshots, and Carla was found in critical condition in her car on Grant Street.
