Justin Harper, a 22-year-old male from Inverness, Florida, tragically lost his life on June 9, 2014. Harper, who was born on November 8, 1991, in Crystal River, Florida, was a lifelong resident of Citrus County. On the evening of his death, Citrus County Sheriff's deputies responded to a domestic disturbance call at a home on N. Reed Terrace.
