Hidelisa Echemendia, an 80-year-old Hispanic woman, was tragically found dead on July 18, 2014, in Hialeah, Florida. The incident occurred at a residence located on 229 W. 45th Street. Hidelisa was visiting from Cuba when she was fatally shot. The Hialeah Police Department arrested Ángel Domínguez, a 78-year-old man, who was accused of shooting his sister-in-law, Hidelisa Echemendia.
