Mark Ervin Taylor, a 50-year-old African American male, passed away on September 19, 2014, in Jacksonville, Florida. His death was a result of a shooting incident that occurred at the Highlander Apartments located at 10621 Monaco Drive. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and found Taylor with fatal gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to investigate the case, the identity of the shooter remains unknown, and no arrests have been made in connection with his death.
