On October 9, 2014, Michael Barker, aged 42, was found dead in his home in West Melbourne, Florida. The discovery was made by deputies from the Brevard County Sheriff's Office who were serving a warrant on Kayla Hemby, a 26-year-old woman also found deceased at the scene.
