Nicholas Alligood, a 23-year-old resident of DeLeon Springs, Florida, tragically passed away on November 20, 2014. The incident occurred inside Joy Grocery Store, where Nicholas was accidentally shot by his friend, Eduar Martinez. According to reports, Martinez pointed a gun at Alligood, and the weapon accidentally discharged, striking Alligood.
