Ricky Carlos Hall, a 40-year-old transgender woman who went by the name Kandy, was found dead on June 3, 2014, in Baltimore, Maryland. Her body was discovered in a field behind a post office in a rundown area of Northeast Baltimore. Hall had sustained significant trauma, and paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene.
