Billy Paul Seaver, a 39-year-old man from Fort McCoy, FL, was tragically shot and killed on the night of February 8, 2015. Seaver, who lived at 13536 NE 165th Lane, was discovered by sheriff's deputies lying on the hallway floor of his home, bleeding from his chest.
